On September 23, 1942 two trainers collide in mid air, crash and burn in a farm field in Brownstown township. Both pilots are killed. They were William Thomas Pridemore LAC and Harry Threadgold LAC. (This occured directly behind my home. I was 4 at that time.)-- Hal Neubauer
