NOTE:  Ferro-tech fire.  The tenant in building #70 at the time of fire on March 24, 1979 was Ferro-Tech. Inc.

They were in the section of building #70 were North Cape Marine is now.  This company made a number of

different chemicals.  The dust particles of these products are still in the building.  Most laying on the top of

water lines and other piping in the building.  the New address for Ferro-Tech Inc. is 467 Eureka Road,

Wyandotte, MI. 282-7300 now Ferro-Tech Agglomeration Services.
