Pilot was Ens. J.B. Bertoldi of VF74E, presumably a NART Grosse Ile reserve fighter squadron. The pilot failed to check that the wheels were properly locked down for landing and they collapsed after about 100' of roll out. As you can see, damage was minor. -- George Kernahan
