In 1958 a P2V cruise to Part Lyautey resulted in an extended stay for the Station Keepers who were accompanying the reservists. The R5D from Willow Grove, that was providing transport services to the remainder of the squadron, experienced engine failure necessitating an engine change. Staying for repairs were from the left: Bruce Badger, Becker, Ed Harker, Jerry Steele, Barringer, Jim Osgood, George Yoscovits, and Haynes.
